Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Level 1 troubleshooting includes, but is not limited to, remote testing of circuits and equipment (Edgewater Gateways; Cisco POE and routers; Adtrans; Samsung) for clients with the following services: HPBX; MPLS; dedicated voice and data over DS1; Ethernet over Fiber/SONET.After initial training period, position WILL require 2nd or 3rd shift and weekend work.
